From the third month after we implemented the Expr3ss!, we saw savings on paid job ads of 59% which rose to 68% within another three months.

Now only 8% of Krispy Kreme’s job applicants come from paid job advertising, meaning 92% of job applications come from free sources. Of those free sources, 30.4% come directly from the Krispy Kreme website and the remainder largely from the free high-traffic job boards.

Without the Expr3ss! Checklist Classic Report we would definitely have appointed someone inappropriate to this role.  As it was we were tempted to appoint her.  She was the best of the applicants we had at that time.  She interviewed very well and showed no signs of the behaviours predicted, behaviours that would be entirely unsuitable to this role.

Reluctantly we decided to continue our search.

You can really tell the difference between the 5 star and 4 star Interview Priority applicants from all the others.  They have different attitudes.   They will travel at their own expense from as far away as Queensland and the United Kingdom for a face-to-face interview for a job.  They don't even bother to ask during the telephone interview what salary is being paid prior to doing so.  The 5 and 4 star applicants have the right attitudes.
